February 4-8th music classes

                                                                               

We celebrated Chinese New Year in music classes this week!  SK, grade 1 and 2 students loved singing and waving scarves to the Chinese New Year dragon dance.

 SK, grade 1 and 2 students enjoyed colouring by musical notes on Chinese new year dragons while listening to Chinese New Year songs.

 Grade 1 and 2 students had a chance to perform songs on the piano and to compose songs.

                        All of the music classes are amazing at using actions to sing their various songs!

 The grade 3 classes continued composing boomwhacker compositions and began performing them for the class.

 The grade 3 students singing enthusiastically while clapping to the beat!

The grade 3 students worked cooperatively in their boomwhacker musical composition groups.
